Internship : Immediate joiners (6 months duration and 3 months mandatory period)

Stipend:
 ₹30,000 (₹15,000 fixed + ₹15,000 performance-based)

Future Opportunity:
 Full-time role on successful completion with CTC starting at ₹3 LPA and going up to ₹6 LPA based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2C telesales by engaging with potential students/customers and understanding their needs.
  • Perform cold calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and nurturing to maximize enrollments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed conversion targets.
  • Understand customer pain points and present EdXcellence programs as the right solution.
  • Take ownership of achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.Track and analyze customer feedback to improve sales conversations and conversion optimization.
  • Build long-term trust and rapport with customers by providing clear, supportive guidance.
  • Maintain structured data of leads, prospects, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.\
  • Work closely with the EdXcellence sales & core team to brainstorm new approaches, share success stories, and sharpen selling techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • A sales-driven mindset – persuasive, ambitious, and eager to achieve targets.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and the EdTech ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, CRM tools, and conversion strategies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
