The Lead - Community Management will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing a vibrant online and offline community of users, customers, and brand advocates. This role involves developing community strategies, managing social engagement, driving conversations, and collaborating across functions to strengthen brand affinity and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute the overall community engagement and growth strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand community reach across social and owned platforms.
  • Foster user-generated content, peer-to-peer engagement, and brand advocacy.
  • Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Lead engagement initiatives across social media channels, forums, and community platforms.
  • Respond to community queries, feedback, and discussions promptly and authentically.
  • Design and execute engagement campaigns, contests, AMAs, and offline meetups.
  • Content & Communication
  • Partner with the content and design teams to create relevant, engaging, and shareable content.
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across community touchpoints.
  • Leverage insights from community interactions to inform content and brand strategies.
  • Data & Insights
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure growth, sentiment, and impact.
  • Prepare reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging community tools.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor community managers and executives.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure community alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the community voice in internal discussions and strategy formulation.
