We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Developer to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our application. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Create and manage databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints for consumption by front-end clients and mobile applications.

Implement data storage solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of professional experience in backend development.

Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:

and its frameworks , NestJS)

Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)

(Bonus: Java/Spring Boot or Go)

Solid experience with database management:

SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.

Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points)

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of GraphQL.

Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of microservices architecture.

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Pytest).
