Position Title: Accounts Receivable/Payable Executive

Department: Finance Controllership

Duration: 6 Months (Contractual)

Payroll: Partner's Payroll

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book customer invoices accurately in the accounting system.
  • Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices to clients.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for invoice-related queries.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Prepare Excel-based reports for receivables tracking and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with a specialization in Finance with prior experience in customer billing and collections.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
