Job Description

  • Job Title: IT Recruiter (HR Trainee)
  • Experience: 3-9 months of experience in IT Recruitment
  • Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
  • Duration: 6 Months Training with PPO

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee – IT Recruitment intern to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT domain, gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles (developers, testers, analysts, etc.)

  • Work with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms for talent sourcing
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing responses
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to understand hiring requirements

  • Assist in onboarding and documentation activities when needed

  • Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, IT, or related fields

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of basic IT terminologies and job profiles (preferred)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
