  • Lead signalling contract management, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and obligations across EPC/OEM vendors.
  • Review and approve CBTC system designs; oversee independent design assessment, verification, and validation (V&V) across all lifecycle stages.
  • Plan and control signalling cash flow, budget, and material forecasting; monitor procurement, inventory, and cost-to-complete.
  • Drive RAM and System Assurance, develop and implement Safety Management System, and ensure CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 compliance and safety case readiness.
  • Manage variations and change control to the original contract, including impact analysis, negotiation, and configuration management.
  • Plan O&M mobilization: define training strategy, develop curricula/materials, deliver training, and support handover to operator/maintainer.
  • Write technical specifications, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and support award recommendations for signalling and related scopes.
  • Oversee signalling installation, testing and commissioning (T&C), and integrated program management; track milestones and punch-list closeout.
  • Coordinate with Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) for safety case reviews, evidence compilation, findings resolution, and approvals.
  • Review, finalize, and manage interfaces with Rolling Stock, Platform Screen Doors (PSD), Telecom, ATS/SCADA, Traction Power, Track/Civil, and OCC, ensuring end-to-end integration.
  • Graduate in relevant Engineering field
  • At least 20years of Professional Experience.
  • Min 5 years as chief Signaling Engineer for Metro Rail Assignment with CBTC system
  • English knowledge is required; Knowledge of local language (Hindi) will add more value.
