Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with Marketing and Merchandising Teams:

Collaborate with the marketing team to discuss future orders, current order status, product costing, and factory capacity.

1. Buyer Approvals and Communication:

Address production issues and directly communicate with buyers for approvals of any variations, when necessary.

1. Production Planning:

Oversee production, material, and machinery planning to ensure smooth operations.

1. Technical Settings of Garments:

Adjust technical settings to reduce production costs and create production-friendly samples.

1. Pre-Production (PP) Meetings:

Attend PP meetings to ensure critical points are discussed and addressed.

1. Production Monitoring:

Monitor daily production from each line and ensure production targets are achieved.

1. Factory Work Study/Industrial Engineering:

Supervise industrial engineering functions and systems to optimize production efficiency.

1. Quality Assurance:

Ensure the production of high-quality goods with minimal alterations and repair costs.

Guarantee that only quality products are shipped to buyers.

1. Shipment Planning:

Plan shipment dispatches in coordination with the documentation and shipping teams.

1. Cost Management:

Monitor manpower costs and ensure they are kept under control.

Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and implement effective solutions.

1. Employee Training and Development:

Organize training programs to motivate employees and enhance their skills.

1. Buyer Compliance:

Ensure all factories adhere to buyer compliance requirements.
