Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and cloud-based architectures to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, hands-on coding abilities, and proven experience in delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
    Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to understand requirements and design solutions.

    Drive technical decision-making, enforce coding best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

    Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.

    Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and RESTful services.

    Work closely with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and application monitoring.

    Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
    Strong hands-on experience in:
    • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (Web API, Entity Framework Core).
  • Angular (v10 or later), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) – preferably Azure.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
    Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Knowledge of message queues/event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
  • Exposure to front-end state management libraries (NgRx, Redux).
