Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee and coordinate on-site activities for architectural projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the design team and construction site, ensuring that projects are executed according to design intent, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily on-site activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
  • Liaise between architects, contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify quality, progress, and adherence to design.
  • Maintain site documentation, including drawings, reports, RFIs, change orders, and progress photos.
  • Track project milestones and report any delays, risks, or discrepancies to the design team.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed on-site.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues related to architectural drawings, detailing, or materials.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings and provide updates to the project team.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in site coordination or similar role in an architectural or construction setting.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. (Revit or BIM knowledge is a plus.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
