This role will be the direct manager for each Shift engineer.Department: ProductionEmployee Band: 10Location: AnkleshwarReporting To: General ManagerNo. of Reportees to this position:06 Direct + 25 IndirectJob Objective:Zero Safety Incident in the department.100 % Non- compliance for Environmental Incident.100% adherence of production schedule.Monitor the Power and coal consumption vs production.To carry out plant operation as per SOPMaintain plant record input and output dataMonitor plant parameters as per SOP and take action to reduce deviations if any.Maintain good housekeeping and ensure EHS complianceMonitor and maintain work permit system.Transparent Management Information System for Business Decision.Accident /incident investigation and corrective action implementationKey Deliverables:Process waste as per plant designed capacity.Produce quality products to meet requirements of internal customers as prescribed in specification.Increase up time by keeping all equipment in serviced and well maintained condition.EHS performance- follow regulations and comply with all applicable rules.Key Roles/ResponsibilitiesEnsure efficient production scheduling to achieve plant production targets to meet the Daily production plan by effective utilization of the resources.Identifies opportunities for cost control and works to implement them with support from Plant ManagerPromotes a safe working environment at all times To continually improve the production process in terms of Productivity,Quality, Resources and Safety of the operating personnel.Manages collection and reporting of production data, KPI's etc. to support routine dashboards and special reports as required by Plant Manager.Operates with transparency and earns trust at all levels through communication and actions.To ensure overall performance of the Process equipment available in house.Responsible for maintaining the Processes that are capable of consistently meeting the compliance standard.To conduct Daily Morning meeting to review the previous day's performance and follow up for pending actions if any.To monitor and measure the skill of the operators and initiate for suitable action to improve the skillResponsible for providing suitable environment for workWork closely with other department such as Procurement, quality control and engineering to ensure seamless operation.ESSENTIAL SKILLS :Technical knowledge of chemical process and equipment.Proficient with MS Office,SAP.Excellent written and verbal communication.High attention to detail. Creative problem solver.
