Position: VMC Setter Operator.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)

Ahmedabad Candidate will be preferred.

Reporting To: Supervisor/Operation Manager.

We are looking for a VMC setter operator with the following capabilities.

 Proven experience as a VMC operator.

 Experience on controls like HAAS, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc.

 Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.

 Knowledge of G Code - M Code.

 Expertise in operating VMC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

 Prepare daily production report.

 Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

 Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.

 Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, height gauges (TRIMOS), micrometers, radius gauges, go-no-go gauges, thread gauges, Slip Gauges, etc.

 Knowledge of GD&T.

 Coordinate with the QC team and ensure the quality of parts.

 Mechanical engineering skill and good mathematical skill.

 Ability to give training to trainee operators.

 Good communication abilities.

 A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach.

Ahmedabad Candidate will be preferred.

The candidate must be ready for 12-hour shift and rotational shift
