Position Overview

The Transformation Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic and operational transformation initiatives across Fluence Global Innovation Center (GIC). This role requires a strong consulting mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in management consulting, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop a deep understanding of the Fluence business, including all functions and teams in Fluence GIC, to bring a strong business lens to transformation efforts and ensure value creation for Fluence globally.


• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business and enabling teams to provide strategic insights for senior leadership, identify opportunities for improvement, and enable GIC to be a key growth driver for Fluence.


• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed strategies, action plans, and measurable outcomes.


• Lead and manage key strategic initiatives end-to-end—from planning to execution— ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global transformation priorities.


• Act as a strategic liaison between the India MD, internal teams, and external partners to support seamless collaboration and informed decision-making.


• Prepare high-impact presentations, business cases, and executive reports for internal leadership forums and external stakeholders.


• Analyse complex datasets, develop insights, and synthesize findings into actionable strategic recommendations.


• Promote alignment between long-term strategic priorities and day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic initiatives translate into measurable business impact.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in engineering and master's degree in business administration


• 5 years of experience in a management consulting or professional services setting.


• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint (for creating presentations), Excel (for data analysis and reporting), and Word (for report writing).


• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering on project goals.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.


• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data-driven insights.


• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data and research into strategic recommendations.
