Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Analyst to join our Microsoft Global Alliance Team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across strategic funding and financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Power BI with strong financial acumen and a passion for precision.

• Program Management: Oversee Microsoft funding programs, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, accurate reporting, and efficient utilization of funds.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop, maintain, and present Power BI dashboards to provide insights into program performance, funding status, and ROI to senior leadership.
• Financial Management: Ensure meticulous tracking and reporting of funds received, allocations, and usage, maintaining accuracy and transparency in all transactions.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency through data-driven insights and automation.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with funding and program delivery.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Power BI, VBA, advanced Excel, SQL and other data visualization tools; experience with financial modelling and data analytics.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, with demonstrated experience in handling budgets, funds, and program finances.
• Detail Orientation: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial and program-related activities.
• Communication: Good communication in English.
