Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer, based in Chennai. The Soft Skills Trainer will conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance students' interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. Responsibilities include designing training programs, delivering workshops, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also facilitate activities aimed at improving confidence, goal-setting, teamwork, and leadership qualities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in training and delivering workshops on soft skills, including time management, decision-making, and leadership development
• Experience in designing and implementing training modules tailored to address students' and young professionals' needs
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for guiding and mentoring individuals
• Flexibility to work on-site in Chennai, with a commitment to working effectively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; certifications in training and development will be an added advantage
