Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer
based in
Chennai
. The trainer will design and deliver engaging sessions focused on communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing effective training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating participant performance. The role also involves supporting learners in applying these skills for their personal and professional growth.

Salary

₹2,00,000 per annum (2 LPA)

Qualifications (0–2 Years Experience)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• 0–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or related roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
• Basic understanding of leadership, teamwork, and time management concepts
• Ability to design or customize simple training modules and activities
• Good analytical skills to observe and assess training outcomes
• Adaptability to conduct sessions for diverse groups
• Ability to inspire learners and encourage positive behaviour change
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or any related field
• Prior internship or project experience in soft skills training, HR, or teaching is an added advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
