Job Title: Female Hostel Warden

Location: Satyam Shivam Sundaram Group of Institutions, Gaurichak, Patna

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hostel. The warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring student welfare, providing a safe and clean living environment, and supervising hostel activities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hostel premises and ensure safety and security of all students.
• Maintain discipline, order, and proper conduct among hostel residents.
• Monitor student attendance, daily routines, and movements in and out of the hostel.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within hostel rooms, corridors, dining areas, and washrooms.
• Coordinate with mess staff for timely and quality food arrangements.
• Maintain records of hostel occupancy, student details, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle complaints and grievances of hostel residents and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Report to the Principal/Administration on hostel-related issues.
• Ensure implementation of hostel rules and regulations strictly.
• Monitor electricity, water usage, and prevent misuse of resources.
• Act as a guardian to hostel students, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum matriculation qualification..
• Prior experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and authority.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain calm under pressure.
• Should be available in the hostel premises round the clock.
