Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Understand the gaming and streaming industry to identify potential streamers and partnership opportunities.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Reach out to creators, pitch Glitchover's platform, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Account Management: Assist onboarded streamers, help them with setup, and ensure a smooth partnership experience.
  • Team Coordination: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Strategy Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve outreach campaigns, engagement strategies, and communication methods.
  • Leadership Development: Gradually take responsibility for guiding small teams or projects as you grow in the role.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate or final-year student with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about gaming, streaming, and the creator economy.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
