About the Role

Aseum Infotch is seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client network through on-field visits and business meetings. The candidate will focus on generating new opportunities across Hospital, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and FMCG industries, promoting Aseum Infotech's customized IT and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the hospital, hospitality, manufacturing, and FMCG sectors.
  • Promote Aseum Infotech's range of services — Website Development, Mobile App Development, CRM/ERP Solutions, and Digital Marketing.
  • Conduct field visits to generate leads, understand client needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of meetings, leads, and business activities.
  • Represent Aseum Infotech at business events, exhibitions, and industry networking forums.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and experience with industrial or service-oriented clients.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with regular field work.
  • Basic knowledge of IT, software, or digital marketing solutions is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Up to 3 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in IT.Business development executive
