Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sr. Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager at Hira Walraven. The ideal candidate will oversee and drive sales activities, build strong relations with clients, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, preparing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver optimal solutions for pipe support and installation needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales expertise, experience in business development, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • An understanding of plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and pipe support systems is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team and drive sales initiatives.
  • Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Mechanical, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry-specific challenges and requirements.

Experience
3 to 5 years experience in sales and enginnering field, Familiar with HVAC consultants and contractors, well know about the market or must travel as per leads for business growth.
