We're an early-stage startup at Spikeera, currently in the process of building our very first team and launching operations. At present, there are no team members on board — which means you'll be part of the founding batch of interns, helping us set up systems, processes, and workflows from scratch.

We will be working across eCommerce, IT services, and developing our own digital products. We're looking for a Project Manager Intern to join us at this exciting stage to help coordinate projects, organize workflows, and manage progress as we get started.

Key Responsibility:
Assist in hiring and onboarding developers, designers, and interns

Create and manage team workflows.

Track deadlines, task updates, and delivery timelines

Coordinate remote meetings and stand-ups

Communicate progress reports and blockers to the founder

Help document internal processes and project updates

Requirement
:

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira. (Not Mandatory)

Comfortable using communication tools like Zoom, Google Meet or Discord.

Ability to create and maintain task boards, timelines, and progress reports

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Sheets) is helpful but not mandatory

Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus but not required

Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus but optional

English proficiency: Intermediate+

Must have reliable Wi-Fi, a laptop/computer, and a microphone for remote communication
