About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Term Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable term insurance solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and digital platforms.
  • Educate clients on term insurance products, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to suggest the right insurance plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure closure of sales and timely policy issuance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay updated with company products, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and explain financial concepts in simple language.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
