Job Title: HR Operations Executive (Required Male Candidates Only)

Location: Gurgaon

CTC: Upto 2.5LPA (negotiable for a right fit)

Shifts: Rotational (Including weekends as per roster)

Joining: Immediate Preferred

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face ONLY (No virtual interviews)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Operations Executive (Male only) who can manage and execute critical HR functions with precision and integrity.

This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in Payroll, PF, Excel, and end-to-end HR Operations, and who thrives in a high-paced, disciplined work environment.

This is not just a back-end HR role. It's a central pillar in ensuring employee satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence. If you're someone who believes in making HR processes smooth, transparent, and efficient we want to hear from you.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Gender: Male candidates only (Operational requirement)
  • Experience in Payroll Processing salary calculations, deductions, final settlements
  • Strong knowledge of Provident Fund (PF) and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, MIS reporting
  • Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in HR Operations
  • Fluency in English and Hindi both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 operations)
  • Must be available for face-to-face interviews (no online interviews)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Manage employee lifecycle operations onboarding, documentation, exit formalities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of PF, ESI, and other statutory components
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMS systems
  • Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports and data-driven insights
  • Coordinate with finance, compliance, and internal teams for HR-related queries
  • Support grievance handling and escalate concerns as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes

  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to everyday HR tasks

  • This is a male-only position, strictly due to operational shift requirements
  • Rotational shifts are mandatory this includes weekends/holidays as per roster
  • We do not conduct virtual interviews only face-to-face interviews will be held
  • Candidates with immediate joining or very short notice period will be preferred
  • Salary is negotiable for candidates who meet or exceed expectations
