Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR tasks including support in HR management, implementation of HR policies, understanding and managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will involve helping with recruitment processes, managing employee records, coordinating new hire orientations, and supporting HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
