Role Overview
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality across multiple platforms while contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, API, and performance testing.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and ensure timely defect identification and resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and improve software quality.
  • Perform end-to-end testing including UI, API, ETL, Accessibility, and Performance testing.
  • Continuously enhance automation coverage and contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in automation testing.

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
  • Strong expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress).
  • Proficiency in performance/load testing tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter, NeoLoad).
  • Experience in web and mobile application testing.
  • Familiarity with Git, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
