About the Role

The Brand Partnerships & Alliances Manager will drive revenue by building strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and partners. This role blends B2B sales, client relationship management, and campaign strategy, helping brands connect meaningfully with premium residential audiences through digital and on-ground activations on the NoBrokerHood platform.

You will act as a brand consultant — identifying opportunities, curating marketing solutions, and ensuring campaign success from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development

  2. Identify and onboard potential brands and agencies across categories such as FMCG, F&B, Lifestyle, Automobile, and Healthcare.

  3. Research market trends and track brand marketing spends, campaign cycles, and industry patterns.
  4. Build a robust pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through customized brand campaigns.

  5. Client & Campaign Management

  6. Understand clients' business objectives and marketing challenges.

  7. Create strategic campaign proposals integrating digital (in-app banners, push notifications, video pop-ups) and on-ground activations (sampling, kiosks, lift branding, resident events).
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  9. Deliver campaign reports, insights, and ROI analyses to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.

  10. Relationship Management

  11. Maintain regular interaction with brand managers, marketing heads, and agency partners.

  12. Develop repeat business and build multi-brand partnerships within existing client portfolios.
  13. Represent NoBrokerHood at industry events, networking forums, and client presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have:

  • 2–6 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Media Sales, Corporate Alliances, or Ad Sales.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch effectively to CXO-level clients.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exposure to PropTech / AdTech / Media / Digital Marketing / Event Sponsorships.
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing campaigns and ROI metrics.
  • Agility to adapt to fast-paced, evolving business goals.
