**Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director**
**Position Overview:**
The Executive Assistant (EA) will directly support the Managing Director by managing schedules, communications, meetings, and personal and professional tasks to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is an efficient administrator with outstanding follow-up capabilities, reliability, and a commitment to integrity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and travel plans (domestic/international).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on all assignments and communications.
- Track, delegate, and follow up on tasks assigned by the MD; secure deadlines and diligently report status updates.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports; handle confidential information professionally.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, official letters, emails; maintain efficient records (digital and paper).
- Conduct online research, summarize findings, and support MD's decision-making.
- Perform personal tasks and errands for the MD as required, including managing appointments and home-related coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as the MD's 'voice' and handle gatekeeping responsibilities.
- Maintain and update follow-up and delegation sheets; manage MS Office tasks, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, linking sheets).
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees and team members under the MD.
- Liaise with support staff to ensure effective execution of all delegated office and personal tasks.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Graduate from a reputed secretarial college.
- 3–5 years' experience as an assistant/secretary to senior management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of shorthand is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Discretion, honesty, and unwavering commitment to integrity.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Professional email and document drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Efficient online research abilities.
**Personal Attributes:**
- Married, preferably with children, and a stable family background.
- Should reside within 45 minutes travelling time from the office.
- Professionalism and trust are prioritized over appearance.
- Proven stability in previous roles (not frequently changing jobs).
- Honest and open to handling personal tasks and errands for the MD.
**Compensation:**
- Salary Range: Rs 15,000–35,000 per month we, commensurately with experience and skills.
