Inventory Management Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory Management Executive to oversee warehouse stock and ensure smooth inventory operations. The role involves managing goods movement, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the purchase and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory through software or manual logs.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the purchase team for stock replenishment and vendor follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials.
  • Track product usage and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse area.
  • Support dispatch, packaging, and logistics activities when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory or ERP software).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
