Key Responsibilities-

  • Inventory Management:
    Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods; maintain accurate stock levels; prevent overstock or shortages.
  • Order Fulfilment:
    Ensure timely picking, packing, and delivery of retail and online orders; manage returns and store replenishment.
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff; enforce safety and performance standards.
  • Logistics Coordination:
    Manage inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with suppliers, carriers, and store teams.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Improve warehouse processes, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facility & Equipment:
    Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a safe, organized, and compliant workspace.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    Prepare inventory and shipment reports, manage budgets, and support audits.
