Job Responsibilities & Qualities

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members

Customer service experience to meet and exceed client expectations

Strong marketing skills for promoting new designs and managing brand visibility

Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to handle the business end-to-end

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (prior experience preferred)

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and monitor the entire process from development to production and shipment

Support suppliers in production processes, quality control, and pre-production meetings

Ensure production orders are on time with proper follow-up on timelines (T&A)

Manage photo samples, shipment samples, and approvals according to the brand's requirements

Support suppliers in product development and source new fabrics, trims, and shapes in line with market trends

Coordinate with the quality assurance team and suppliers to resolve day-to-day issues

Collaborate with forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries of shipments

Follow up with fabric mills, bulk fabric approvals, and lab dips in consultation with reporting manager

Strong involvement in sampling, costing, price negotiation, and order follow-up with factory teams

Prepare and maintain data for customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy

Day-to-day sampling and production follow-up, ensuring quality and deadlines are met

Quick in problem-solving and escalation handling to avoid delays
