Role Description

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The position involves actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, developing and managing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, identifying potential business opportunities, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and work towards achieving targets
  • Basic knowledge of herbal extracts, phytochemicals, and nutraceutical products (desired but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client queries effectively
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Prior sales experience in the herbal, pharmaceutical, or related industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
