About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager/Sales Associate to join our growing financial services business. In this role, you will be the bridge between potential borrowers and India's top Banks and NBFCs.

Whether you are a seasoned banker looking for higher earning potential or a young professional with a hunger for sales, this role offers you the platform to maximize your earnings through our competitive commission structure. Depending on the organizational requirements, you may start as an individual achiever or manage other colleagues like Business Development Representatives or Lead Generation Executives. Consistent high performers will have a clear path to leadership roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and source new customers for financial products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.) through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Financial Consultation: Analyze the customer's financial profile, check eligibility, and recommend the best banking partners and loan products to suit their needs.
  • Documentation & Processing: Assist customers in collecting necessary KYC and financial documents (ITR, Bank Statements) to ensure a login-ready file.
  • Bank Liaison: Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Credit Managers at various Banks and NBFCs to resolve queries and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest interest rates, policy changes, and lending criteria of Indian banks and NBFCs. Have solid knowledge of retail loan products, key assessment metrics like CIBIL score, financial ratios, GST payments, cash flow, ABB etc.
  • Target Achievement: consistently meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets to unlock higher incentive tiers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Min. Graduate in any stream.
  • Experienced: Min. 2-5 years in Loan Products Sales, DSA Channel, Channel and Network Sales, or Banking is preferred.
  • Freshers: Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidence, knowledge of financial credit products and a strong desire to build a career in sales.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Indian lending ecosystem.
  • Ability to read and analyze basic financial documents like Salary slips, ITRs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Kannada and Hindi).
  • Negotiation skills and persuasion ability.
