*Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled 
ServiceNow Architect
 with 12 years+ of experience, specializing in 
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on delivering business value through process automation and service integration.

*Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on SPM, EA, ITBM, and APM modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.

Customize existing applications and develop new modules using ServiceNow best practices.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:

12 years+ of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Strong expertise in SPM (formerly ITBM), EA, APM, and related modules.

Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
