About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, manage teams, and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and experience in managing operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor operational processes and performance.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Accounts, Admin, and Project Teams.
  • Manage workforce planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance are followed.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimization.
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance summaries.
  • Manage vendor relations, procurement coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Handle operational issues and provide quick resolutions.
  • Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Operations/Operational Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of operational systems, processes, and workflow management.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in engineering/manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
