*Job Title: Computer Operator with DTP Knowledge*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Computer Operations:*
- Operate computer systems efficiently to carry out tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and internet browsing.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of hardware and software systems, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring data integrity and security.

2. *Desktop Publishing (DTP):*
- Utilize DTP software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create and format documents, flyers, brochures, and other materials as required.
- Design and layout text, graphics, and images for print and digital media with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver high-quality, visually appealing materials within specified deadlines.

3. *Printing and Quality Control:*
- Assist customers with printing services, ensuring accuracy and quality of printed materials.
- Conduct quality checks on printed documents to ensure they meet the required standards, making adjustments as necessary.

4. *Customer Service:*
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their digital and DTP-related queries and requirements.
- Offer guidance and recommendations to customers on DTP options and best practices to achieve desired outcomes.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role, with a focus on DTP.
- Strong knowledge of DTP software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of printing processes and equipment is a plus.
