What You'll Achieve:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
You will:
- Research and identify potential clients, market segments, and opportunities to expand Ginesys' customer base.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, social media, and industry events.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Support Business Development Managers in negotiations, deal closures, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers for repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support strategic sales efforts.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales in B2B SaaS sales.
Desirable Requirements:
- Sales experience in Retail Software.
