About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to support the expansion of PHARMORIS, an AI-enabled pharmacy optimisation platform. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, running product demonstrations, and securing pilot engagements with pharmacies and healthcare organisations in the Jaipur region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline across pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare providers
- Conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to introduce PHARMORIS
- Run product demonstrations and explain platform value
- Prepare proposals and support pilot programme onboarding
- Maintain activity records and weekly progress reports
- Work closely with the product and operations teams to deliver client outcomes
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical distribution, or health-tech
- Demonstrated experience selling to pharmacies or hospital procurement teams
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows or generics markets
- Comfortable managing end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field
