About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to support the expansion of PHARMORIS, an AI-enabled pharmacy optimisation platform. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, running product demonstrations, and securing pilot engagements with pharmacies and healthcare organisations in the Jaipur region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline across pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare providers
  • Conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to introduce PHARMORIS
  • Run product demonstrations and explain platform value
  • Prepare proposals and support pilot programme onboarding
  • Maintain activity records and weekly progress reports
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to deliver client outcomes

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical distribution, or health-tech
  • Demonstrated experience selling to pharmacies or hospital procurement teams
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows or generics markets
  • Comfortable managing end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field
