Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with Minimum 4-7 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring statutory and tax compliance, managing audits, and supervising accounts payable functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Review and finalize accounts in compliance with applicable Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and company policies.

2. Audit Management

  • Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Prepare and provide required documentation and explanations to auditors.
  • Ensure timely closure of audit queries and implementation of recommendations.

3. Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle direct and indirect tax compliances including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Ensure timely filing of all returns and payment of statutory dues.
  • Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities for tax assessments and notices.

4. Accounts Payable & Treasury

  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Review vendor bills, payment approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and approval mechanisms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, and taxation
  • Experience in managing audits and statutory compliances is essential
  • Strong knowledge of New Age ERP systems and MS Office
