Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Off-Page SEO Engineer who also has hands-on experience with social media posting and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong command over English, be well-versed in link building techniques, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with Google My Business (GMB) optimization and local SEO strategies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, directory submissions, and other white-hat methods.
  • Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) listings for multiple locations.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis and develop strategic link acquisition plans.
  • Maintain a healthy backlink profile and disavow toxic links when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the SEO and content team to align link-building efforts with content strategy.
  • Post and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and report performance metrics of off-page campaigns and social engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in off-page SEO and social media content posting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local SEO and best practices for GMB optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for social media visuals is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with outreach tools like BuzzStream or Pitchbox.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and on-page SEO.
  • Prior experience in managing SEO projects across multiple domains or clients.
