**JOB DESCRIPTION: SEO EXECUTIVE (JUNIOR-LEVEL)**

**WHAT DO WE SEEK**:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated SEO Executive at a junior level, with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in SEO and a specialization in backlink and link-building strategies.

Responsibilities; As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, keyword targeting, and on and off-page optimization strategies.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and improve search engine visibility.
- Assist in developing and implementing an effective link-building strategy to enhance website authority and search rankings.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented correctly during website updates and enhancements.
- Provide recommendations on website architecture, content improvements, and internal linking to optimize SEO performance.
- Assist in performing social bookmarking, social sharing enhancements, and directory submissions to increase brand exposure.
- Generate regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices, with a strong focus on backlink and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and competitive analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings.
- Basic understanding of website development (HTML/CSS/JS) and coding, including experience with WordPress / Wix.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Ads for SEO purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with tools - Google Keyword Planner, GSC, GA, SEMRUSH, Ahref, Moz

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- Experience with utilizing WordPress for SEO purposes.
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
- Basic content writing skills to support SEO content creation and optimization.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
