We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an SEO Executive who has experience of 2-4 years. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong passion for search engine optimization (SEO) and a desire to drive organic growth for our company's digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords for targeting and optimization.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility.
- Implement technical SEO enhancements such as website speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
- Perform regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track key metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Plan and execute off-page optimization strategies including link building, content promotion, and outreach campaigns to increase domain authority and backlink profile.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in SEO and search engine algorithms, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other team members to implement SEO recommendations and improve overall website performance.
- Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Experience with website optimization techniques including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Certifications in SEO or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
