Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead and manage SAP ECC modules across key business areas including Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Marketing & Sales, Finance, and Master Data. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, managing demand, and ensuring effective coordination across central and market-specific projects. The Product Owner will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and play a key role in aligning SAP-related activities with enterprise transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and prioritize topics, capacities, and project portfolios related to SAP ECC modules (SD, MM, FI, MD, Basis).
• Act as PMO for SAP ECC projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all SAP ECC-related inquiries and escalations.
• Provide regular management updates and strategic insights.
• Manage and align demand across all markets using SAP ECC.
• Ensure transparency and prioritization of market needs.
• Coordinate test management activities across projects and releases.
• Align and coordinate SAP ECC requirements in central projects.
• Support and clarify changes related to SAP ECC implementations in Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Marketing & Sales, Finance, and Master Data.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

• Bachelors/master's in computer science or other related streams of Engineering.

Personal Characteristics & Skills:

• Strong coordination skills, especially for complex topics and cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in moderating large groups and stakeholder workshops.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and an agile mindset.
• High intercultural competence and ability to work across global teams.
• Strong self-management, initiative, and ownership.
• Reliable and consistent in delivering outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in the Supply Chain Logistics domain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC modules including SD, MM, FI, MD, and Basis.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner in enterprise-level projects.
