Role & responsibilities

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic design team, contributing fresh ideas and creativity to our diverse range of projects. Key Skills:

Primary: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Secondary: After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, PPT, Adobe Dreamweaver

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with the design team to actively contribute to the conceptualization and execution of Commercial real estate design projects. Collaborate with team members to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Project Contribution: Play a pivotal role in contributing to various design projects, demonstrating your creativity and dedication to producing high-quality design work.
  • Branding Excellence: Engage in observational studies, client feedback sessions, and usability testing to enhance your understanding of design principles and contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Learning and Growth: Receive mentorship from experienced team members, fostering your growth and skills development in graphic design.

Key Skills:

  • Creative Aptitude: Passion for graphic design and a creative mindset to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with design software and technologies, with a strong desire to expand skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and more.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn, showcasing a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team's success.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail in design work, ensuring the delivery of high-quality graphic design artwork.
