Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  1. Preparation of Audit schedule for Preventive maintenance audits.
  2. Executing process & post maintenance Preventive maintenance audits.
  3. NC analysis and Coordinating with site team effective closure of the issues.
  4. 1st level root cause analysis of major component failure.
  5. Knowledge on hydro power house components
  6. Driving special project like -5S Audit and Kaizen
  7. Monitoring Horizontal deployment of Kaizen
  8. Analyzing repeated failure of components & repeated breakdowns.
  9. NCR management for the deviations observed in internal/ external audits
  10. Coordination with the internal/ external stakeholders for audit management
  11. NC analysis and Coordinating with site team effective closure of the issues
  12. Periodic meeting with cross functional team for effective resolution of the issues.
