Manager - Search Ads & Personalization (Product Analytics)
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid), India

Role Overview :
As a Manager for Search Ads and Personalization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale data engineering and analytics programs that deliver measurable business impact. You should have strong expertise in clickstream, Google Analytics, funnel analytics, and eCommerce analytics to lead data- driven initiatives that optimize digital experiences and accelerate growth for clients. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical grounding in data/analytics and the ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize clickstream data to analyze user interactions, navigation behavior, and content engagement across digital platforms.
- Conduct funnel analytics to uncover drop-off points and drive actionable recommendations for higher conversion rates.
- Perform end-to-end website and eCommerce analytics to optimize customer journeys, boost sales, and enhance overall site performance.
- Leverage your expertise in various types of e-commerce data such as Orders, Customer Data, Clickstream (Digital), Marketing, and Promotions Data, to provide holistic insights
- Evaluate search ad and campaign performance to improve ROI and digital marketing effectiveness
- Design and implement personalization strategies using behavioral insights to create tailored digital experiences
- Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to translate analytics findings into actionable improvements
Qualifications :
- Experience of 7 years in the Analytics domain having experience in eCommerce and Product Analytics
- Advanced understanding of experimentation (in product setting) concepts hands on experience. Ability to interpret AB test results, make reasonable hypothesis, deep dive as needed. Good understating of experiment setup (power analysis, primary/secondary metrics, statistical significance etc.)
- Proven experience with clickstream analytics tools and methodologies, Google Analytics (GA4), and funnel analysis techniques.
- Experience in e-commerce data analysis, and customer journey and behavior analysis
- Strong in SQL, Python
- Good command of Tableau. Experience building complex, self-service dashboards as well as data pipelines.
- Ability to translate insights into strategic actions for personalization and optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
