Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Human Resource Executive
who will play a dual role of
talent recruiter
and
industry connector
for TAC. This position requires someone who can
build TAC's internal team, strengthen industry partnerships, and onboard the right mentors/tutors
to ensure the growth and success of our students.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Internal Talent Acquisition for TAC

  2. Identify manpower requirements across TAC departments (sales, operations, placement, campus coordination, etc.).

  3. Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract the right candidates.
  4. Manage end-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  5. Maintain a recruitment pipeline and ensure cultural alignment with TAC's vision.

  6. Industry Connect & Placement Partnerships

  7. Research, identify, and establish contact with companies (agencies, corporates, startups) that recruit fresh creative and digital talent.

  8. Schedule and coordinate meetings with HR heads, recruiting managers, and decision-makers for
    placement tie-ups and MoUs
    .
  9. Collaborate with TAC's Placement & Client Desk to ensure smooth communication between TAC and hiring partners.
  10. Build long-term partnerships that support 100% placement of TAC students.

  11. Tutor & Mentor Onboarding

  12. Source and evaluate experienced
    working professionals
    from editing, designing, digital marketing, and related creative fields.

  13. Assess their teaching ability, availability, and willingness to work with TAC as tutors, mentors, or guest faculty.
  14. Manage tutor recruitment, contracts, and scheduling to maintain a
    strong practitioner-first teaching ecosystem
    .
  15. Develop a pipeline of external professionals for workshops, masterclasses, and live client project supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    HR recruitment, industry partnerships, or talent management
    (freshers with high drive and network are also welcome).
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage with corporate leaders, hiring managers, and creative professionals.
  • Good understanding of the
    edtech/education ecosystem
    will be an added advantage.
