About the Role

We are hiring a Sr. Coordinator to supervise the implementation of the CEFR Program in government and non-government schools. The role involves mentoring teachers, monitoring classroom practices, and ensuring effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor teachers in partner schools.
  • Conduct classroom observations and share feedback.
  • Ensure accurate reporting (attendance, logs, monthly reports).
  • Maintain strong relationships with school staff and principals.
  • Support training workshops and teacher development.
  • Assist in program evaluation, research, and module improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Ed. with relevant experience.
  • Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in secondary school supervision).
  • Skills: Classroom observation, teacher mentoring, English & local language communication, basic computer knowledge.
  • Attributes: Creative, patient, disciplined, strong communicator.
  • Other: Willing to travel to remote schools.
