Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive ISO Tank Export Operations to join our USA back office operations team. The role involves handling day-to-day export documentation, coordination, and operations for ISO tank shipments while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing ISO tank export operations, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices, clients, shipping lines, and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and verify export-related documents (Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.).
  • Track and update shipment statuses; maintain records in internal systems.
  • Resolve basic operational issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Support the team with reporting and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics/export operations (ISO tank experience is a plus).
  • Good understanding of international trade and shipping documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a night shift and handle coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and eagerness to learn.
