We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commie I - Tandoor to join our team at BAMBOO SAA RESORT & SPA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in the tandoor oven.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure food safety and quality control measures are followed.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commie I - Tandoor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
