As a Business Development Intern, you will gain rich, hands-on experience within the fast-growing commercial real estate (CRE) and coworking industry.

Position Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic Business Development Intern to support our Noida operations. The ideal candidate must be based in Noida, have their own vehicle, and be comfortable travelling across various office buildings and coworking centres in Noida. This role provides extensive learning opportunities in client management, site evaluation, BD strategy, and overall CRE operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Client Coordination

  • Assist the Business Development team with incoming leads and client requirement analysis.

  • Coordinate and schedule workspace tours across Noida's major commercial hubs.

  • Conduct timely client follow-ups to support movement through the sales pipeline.

2. Site Visits & Property Understanding

  • Visit coworking spaces and managed offices to gather accurate details, photos/videos, and inventory updates.
  • Understand property layouts, pricing structures, amenities, and location advantages.
  • Maintain updated property information within internal tools and CRM.

3. Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with coworking operators and building managers.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, BD leaders, and workspace partners.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Support in preparing proposals, comparison sheets, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain CRM updates, follow-up records, and progress reports.

5. Market Research & Learning

  • Research Noida's commercial real estate trends, new coworking supply, and competitor offerings.
  • Understand demand patterns by analysing on-ground insights and client behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be based in Noida.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and be comfortable with frequent local travel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of business development/sales preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.
