Role Overview

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our prescription products to doctors and healthcare professionals. Your focus will be to drive sales, generate demand, and build long-term relationships in your assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Generate prescriptions by effectively communicating product benefits to healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacies.
  • Visit healthcare professionals regularly to ensure continued product demand and market presence.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand product reach within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations and promotional activities as planned by the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and report field activity to the manager.
  • Handle product availability, stockiest coordination, and follow up on timely payments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any stream (non-science graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Experience: 2-4 years (Freshers with a passion for sales and pharma industry are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
